There are no special requirements in starting a business in general but, since it is an education business, one must like education.

Area rules and conditions vary depending on the area.
For example,

1) Is there many Asians residing in that area?
2) Your ownership of the building
3) Is your spouse going to be part of the management?
4) Is there going to be 2 persons managing in a partnership?
5) Are businessmen going to be employed to management?

Following the given conditions, a minimum of at least $10,000 invested.

When you're starting for the first time, finances, time and labor must be invested, however, profit will be made depending on the number of trainees working. If you have 30 trainees, you will make profit depending on the present condition, if you have 50 or more trainees, you will make 30% profit, if you have 100 or more trainees, you will make 150% profit..

No, CCB Education group follows a school system where we meet the branch candidate's situation
and see if we can put it in our order.

Following the area rules:

1) Branch School: standard amount of trainees is at least 100;
   area has to be at least a minimum of 3,000 sq. ft.
2) Extension School: standard amount of trainees must be at most 100;
   area has to be at least a minimum of 1,500 sq. ft.
3) Tutoring Program: For foreign areas, at most 50 trainees are needed,
   area has to be at least a minimum of 1,000 sq. ft.

Even 20 years before, CCB Education Group has been aiming for each region with possible growth for the future and if that region is chosen, there will be a special school district of C.C.B. Education Group.

Select a region with the authorized materials written above and if you are planning to manage a branch school or an extension school and driving distance is 30 minutes to an hour away, and if a new establishment seems impossible at that region, please notify the C.C.B. Education Group leader first and discuss the issue with that person.

C.O. is an abbreviation for Certificate of Occupancy (permission to use the building). After finding the most appropriate building, go to the corresponding Department of Building Control of that area and you must directly find out if a C.O. is possible for the use of an after school or a tutoring school and that includes art, music, etc.
*If a C.O. is definitely available, the building must have at least two exits in case of a fire.

It depends on the area. For example, if a branch school building is 3,000 sq. ft. and assume it costs $5,000, if you buy a place somewhere else, the bank would have you pay a mortgage of $5,000 if your finances permit it, therefore buying the building is better rather than leasing it.
Except, if an established branch school has a quick average of between 101 and 200 trainees (excluding summer semester) is registered guaranteed, refer to the matter above.

If you are planning to lease, considering the equipment expenses, the minimum is a 5 year lease with a 5 year option or 10 year lease with a 10 year option would be good. Getting the rent fee for 3 years and 5 years fixed is good if possible.

Training a president and officers → Preparation for opening (sign and classroom setting) → Recruiting teachers → Training teachers → Advertising for students

If a branch school is located in 100 miles from C.C.B Education Group, please visit our place to get training. For the case of over 100 miles, our manager will go to give training in your place. It takes 10 hours for the training that contains how to use the educational administrative program that C.C.B. will provide and manage the school and office, which methods are ones that we have accumulated for 25 years.

Office supplies (desk/chair, telephone (2 line), Fax machine, Copy Machine, Computer, various stationary), classroom supplies (whiteboard, desk/chair, etc) and a sign board should be installed.

One of the most prides of C.C.B. Education group is the thing that all of branch schools hire incumbent teachers to instruct. Only incumbent teachers can properly understand and apply the creative education system provided from C.C.B. Education Group. According to this reason, it is necessary to hire incumbent teachers when you open a branch school.

Plans of recruitment are the following:

1) Advertise for teachers with teaching license in local English newspapers or internet job site.   (Advertised contents are supported from C.C.B. Education group)
2) Visit public or private schools around a branch school to post ads for teachers on a teacher's board
   with permission from a responsible person. Without permission, you can hand in envelop including  
   ads for teachers when teachers go back home.
3) Receive resumes from teachers, interview and hire teachers.

Using the same rule as a president and officers training, if a branch school is located in 100 miles from C.C.B Education Group, please let teachers visit our place to get training. For the case of over 100 miles, our manager will go to give teachers training in your place after training for a president and officers or at the same time.

It takes 6 hours for a training that contains the explanation of the difference from a regular school, the introduction of materials, teaching methods, a visit of a class and etc. This is a mandatory training for teachers who will teach in a branch school, but if there are unavoidable reasons not to get a training, teachers can start teaching only after discussion with C.C.B Education Group.

English (70%) and Mathematics (30%) are taught to be oriented from various tests in the U.S. education system, but the subjects can be flexible according to the region. All materials are provided through C.C.B. educational administrative program. A branch school administration is managed by C.C.B. educational administrative program.

Membership fee must be paid in full at the time when you sign a contract. (Membership is not an annual fee.)
