It is often stated that Leonardo Da Vinci lived a life
teeming with curiosita. Curiosita covers a broad array
of ideas but the essence is that people need to maintain
an open mind and explore everything to its greatest
depth. Curiosita entails living life like a child. In
this way I do not mean to be unsophisticated, but rather
to always ponder, inquire, and solicit responses.
Curiosita can be paralleled with higher education
because it incites everybody to gain knowledge of new
disciplines. Examples would be learning a second, third
or fourth language, learning a new skill, and
discovering different hobbies. However, while acquiring
these innovative proficiencies, the goal is not just to
conform to the original way of doing things. In other
words, the objective should not be to emulate another,
even if the other person is a master. The true goal is
to accept the challenge of finding alternatives. With
typical education the terminal goal is sponsored by
materialism and is to acquire degrees and certifications
for the sake of earning money. On the contrary,
curiosita is nothing more than the pure quest of truth
and beauty that awakens the senses. By reaching the
summit of curiosita, it is possible to become not only a
versatile individual, but also a more efficient problem
solver. Curiosita gives insight into more creative
methods that may have never been fathomed but are the
superlative solutions.

Here, the purpose of much of our discussion and writing
is to discover remedies and preventive measures for
existing illnesses. Undoubtedly, discussions and
writings permit the dispersion and exchange of
knowledge. However, prior to assigning a remedy for an
infirmity, we must find the cause, the true cause that
is. In our endeavors to explicate a state of affairs we
frequently explore the events that precede it. However,
a recurring flaw entails making the assumption that
whenever one event precedes another, it is the cause of
the second event. This mishap, though comprehensible, is
neither ineluctable nor excusable. It is now our mission
to conceive a viable solution.
